We Are Having a Service Only

No less than 60 days prior to your service, you must:

• Fill out the required Day of Service Form This form enables the staff at Am Shalom to prepare for your vendors and to staff accordingly. You can adjust your anticipated attendance as your final RSVPs come in. (Please check out the form before contacting us with questions, many of your questions could be answered as you fill out the form!)
• Submit invitation directly to Dana Poncher dponcher@amshalom.com - All families who will be celebrating at Am Shalom are required to share their invitation draft prior to printing or electronic distribution. There are no exceptions, we have many events that occur within our space. In order to efficiently and professionally welcome your guests we have set service times.

One month prior to your Bet Mitzvah you will owe your Day of Service Fees* including:

• Day of Service Fund Fee ($300)
• Service Security Fee ($200)
• Chaperone Fee** ($180 for every 20 minors anticipated to attend)
  Please note we refer to minors attending (minus siblings), regardless of whether their parents have been invited. Most of the time kids prefer to be with other kids and do not sit with their parents. Parents are often busy enjoying themselves, catching up with family and friends.

*Fees are valid through June 2024.

**Chaperone Fee is valid until notified of a change. Chaperone fees are based on a four hour minimum and are adjusted based on celebration type per your Celebration Contract.
