Required Bet Mitzvah Service Information

If you have not already, please log in at the top right hand corner of the page.
Please initial here.
Your best estimate.
Please include both adults and minors in your estimate.
Am Shalom will arrange chaperones from Mazel* Scheduling Services based on your total number of minors attending (minus siblings), regardless of whether their parents have been invited. Most of the time kids prefer to be with other kids and do not sit with their parents. This number can be modified as your RSVPs are tallied.

Typically, one chaperone is required per every 20 minors. Am Shalom will charge you Mazel's fee which is $180 per chaperone*.

You are welcome to take photos at Am Shalom. Please reach out to Dana Poncher to secure the sanctuary for your family photos: Photo sessions must be reserved in advance. Your photographer and/or videographer must work from the sides and/or back of the sanctuary only.

Am Shalom requires a current certificate of insurance and proof of vaccination from all vendors. It is your responsibility to make sure your photographer, videographer, and any other vendors provide this information to Leslie Nathan at All vendors who will be working on premises are expected to adhere to our newly update policies and procedures, which can be found on the website.
