We are honored to welcome Israeli journalist Yuna Leibzon for a special briefing on Israel. Leibzon is the chief U.S. correspondent for Channel 12 news, Israel’s most popular TV station and news broadcaster, where she covers U.S. affairs, U.S.-Israel relations, and much more. Based in New York since 2019, Leibzon was the first journalist to interview Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard after his release from jail; she covered the 2020 U.S. presidential election, the Abraham Accords signing summit, the deadly antisemitic-driven attacks in San Diego, Jersey City, and Monsey, and the spike in antisemitism across the U.S. in 2021. With over 12 years of experience in a variety of media, Leibzon was named to Forbes Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in Israel 2016 list, as well as being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list of 2018.
