“Aging Wisely” is a monthly program. We gather on the 3^rd Thursday every month, with the potential of increasing to twice monthly if the group desires. The sessions are loosely structured with a free-form discussion on a pre-determined topic. Past topics have included “Ways to Maintain Independence,” “Managing Our Changing Physicality” and the “River of our Life.”

We will also reference two books throughout the sessions (both available on Amazon in paperback , Kindle, etc):
