Judging and announcement of brisket winners will follow the service. After the winner is announced, everyone will enjoy all the brisket entries as well as side dishes and dessert.

• Prizes will be awarded for Best Traditional Brisket and Best Smoked Brisket
• Each brisketeer must prepare a whole brisket (3-5 lb.)
• Briskets will be judged on taste, appearance, consistency and creativity.
• You must name your brisket recipe!
• Plan to arrive at 6:00pm on the night of the cook-off with your fully-cooked, ready to serve brisket, and fill out your entry form.
