• *Event Form for Information about the Service Attendees, Photographer, etc. - Required no less than 8 weeks prior to your Bet Mitzvah. This form includes important information related to costs and other day-of-service information.
• Information and Requirements for Bet Mitzvah Invitations Invitation Proofs MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO DISTRIBUTION TO YOUR GUESTS. Please send your proof to Gia Master, our Member Services & Events Manager.
